Sjølyst Utvikling owns, through its subsidiary Sjølyst Handel AB, a shopping centre project in Sweden. The project has a strategic location right beside the E6 highway in Håby in Munkedal near the west coast of Sweden.
The strategy is to develop a shopping centre of up to 40.000 sq.m. on the plot. The company has commenced marketing of the project towards selected retail chains.
