Øverland Miljøtun is a large residental project near Øverland Gård in Bærum Kommune. The zoning plan states 9.000 square meters of residential property, and the project includes 90 townhouse apartments of approximately 70-140 square meters each.

The residences of the first construction stage was handed over to customers during the autumn of 2012. The second stage was handed over during the spring of 2013. The third stage is under construction and will be handed over in the period from June 2013 until the winter of 2014.
