Eureka, a former industrial area located in Hoffsveien 1
in Skøyen, Oslo was between 1997-2000
tranformed into two headquarter buildings, two multitenant office buildings and
one laboratory. Among the tenantry are Cap Gemini Norge AS, Fugro Norway AS and Multiconsult AS:
1999: Hoffsveien 1 building A - headquarter 3 300 sq.m.
1999: Hoffsveien 1 building B - headquarter 9 000 sq.m.
1999: Hoffsveien 1 Lab-building - laboratory 800 sq.m.
2000: Hoffsveien 1 building 1 - multitenant-building 13 500 sq.m.
2000: Hoffsveien 1 building 2 - multitenant-building 8 000 sq.m.
After completion the buildings were
sold to Storebrand Livsforsikring AS.
