In connection with the demerger of Sjølyst Utvikling AS, Megaron AS has taken over this project.
Sjølyst Utvikling AS has acquired this property
in the city centre of Sandvika in Bærum. The property, which currently contains 6 300
square meters of commercial buildings, has a ground area of about 10 000 square
meters. We expect a development potential of about 20 000 square meters, which
totally will give the property more than 26 000 square meters.
This former industrial property is the last property in the centre of Sandvika
with a considerably large development potential.
The local authority's current plan for this area is for it to contain various
city centre functions, primarily offices. Our vision for this project agrees
with that, and we will further develope our experience and competence from
former city centre development projects, especially the office related projects
of Sjølyst Plass and Hoffsveien 1.
