Structure of ownership

Sjølyst Utvikling AS is owned by Bjerke Fondsinvest AS, which is, through Bjerke Industrier AS, owned by Ola Mæle and his family.

Ola Mæle is Cand. Med. from the University of Oslo, and has been founder of several fashion related large store chains and brands, such as Bik Bok, Pocoloco and Voice of Europe. Ola Mæle has worked with real estate investments since 1985.

Management

Leif Rune Eide was from 2000 until 2010 the chief financial officer of Sjølyst Utvikling AS, and he is now the chief executive officer. He is a Master of Science in Business and Economics educated at Handelshøyskolen BI and an Authorized Financial Analyst (AFA) from Norges Handelshøyskole. He's got 12 years of experience within venture and property investments. For instance, he has been a financial analyst for Norsk Vekst Forvaltning.
